Transaction Coordinator

Do you feel like your talents aren’t being utilized in your current role?, a division of Home By Home, is a transaction coordinator service helping real estate agents get more transactions from offer to close. We are searching for someone licensed as a real estate agent by the Department of Real Estate or who is certified by the California Bureau of Real Estate as a California Certified Transaction Coordinator and who is interested in becoming licensed. If you want to join a small but growing team working to simplify the process of buying and selling a home we’d love to talk with you.

We Want Someone Who Is:

  • Highly knowledgeable about the transaction process
  • Skilled at keeping track of a large number of files
  • Able to maintain organization throughout the process
  • Can manage the transaction process and all documentation from contract signing to close
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to handle at least 30-40 transactions at any one time
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working on TC files or have 2+ years as an agent and have completed 20 or more files on your own.
  • Real estate license is highly preferred.
  • Expert in complianceService-oriented
  • Willing to get on the phone to solve problems as they arise.
  • Good at problem solving and making decisions.
  • Must be willing to leverage existing network to get new files
  • Must be willing to win new business (through cold calling, networking, emailing, office visits, etc…)
